Introduction

Transformer capacity tester is specialized in bad power users evading basic electricity fee and secretly adding capacity problems and is a new-type high precision instrument specially used for the measurement of the transformer capacity and characteristic parameters. This product use wide-screen color LCD , English display, simple and quick menu operation, human-machine interface is very friendly. There is a built -in rechargeable battery inside the instrument and it can work without external power source. A fully charged battery can be continuously measured more than 100 sets of transformer. In addition, the instrument can provide three-phase precise 50Hz sine wave AC test power without the external three-phase test power, the voltage regulator, current regulator and other auxiliary equipment in measuring the capacity and transformer load loss, thus greatly improving the efficiency of your work.

This is a multi-functional measuring instrument, which is equivalent to two common meters: such as active transformer capacity tester plus transformer parameter tester. It can be used for test transformer capacity, type, no-load current, no-load loss, load loss, impedance voltage and so on.

All results are automatically carried out relevant correction. You only need to input the related parameters (such as temperature, load adjustment coefficients etc), then the instrument can automatically calibrate such as waveform deformity correction, temperature correction, correction of non rated voltage, rated current correction,so that the accurate is much higher

The maximum voltage is up to 750V and the maximum current is up to 100A range with protection circuit in it,when you make the characteristic test of transformer.don't worry the precision and damage of the instrument due to in-proper shift.

The voltage and current range can be very flexible and easy to expand by connecting the external CT or VT

Click "Start" -> "Program" -> "Test Instrument Data Management System 2.0" -> "Test Instrument Data Management System 2.0" to start running this software.
Software Login
Since the data stored in this software is the main information, after running this software, you need to input the username and password to log in to the software first. Unauthorized personnel are not allowed to operate this software without permission.

After logging into the system, enter the main interface of this system. Click "System Settings" -> "Password Settings" to open the "Password Settings" interface.
If you need to add a new operator, simply enter the username of the new operator in the "Operator" column and input the new password twice that you want to register. After confirming there are no errors, click the "Add" button. The addition will be successful.
When you need to delete an operator, you can select the operator to be deleted in the "Operator" column. After selection, click the "Delete" button, and the operator can be deleted.
Note: The operations of adding and deleting operators can only be performed by the "System Administrator" and other operators cannot perform these operations.

f you need to change the password, click the "Password Modification" tab to enter the password modification window. Select the username for which you want to change the password, and then enter the original password and the new password one by one. The new password needs to be entered twice, and then click the "OK" button. Data upload
When conducting tests on the transformer at the experimental site using the tester and saving the data, you can upload the saved data to this software for data management operations. This is also the core function of this software.Before data upload, connect the computer and the tester using a data cable. Please use the dedicated data cable configured for you. After the data cable is connected, click the main menu "System Configuration" -> "Serial Port Settings". Open the "Serial Port Settings" window. Select the correct serial port.
