The complete test cycle from boosting → breakdown detection → automatic power-off protection → magnetic stirring → settling → re-boosting requires no manual intervention. After hold pressure ends, if further testing is required (such as a multi-cycle breakdown test), the instrument automatically ramps up the pressure again (starting from 0 or the hold pressure value, following a set logic) until the preset number of cycles is completed.

A: All instruments are packaged with three layers of protection (instrument shockproof packaging + inner box + export wooden crate), and are labeled with shockproof indicators. If any damage is found upon arrival, please take photos for record-keeping and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange for a replacement or refund within 7 business days.

 

Q2: How often should the electrodes be replaced?

A: Under normal operating conditions (clean oil, free of serious impurities), gold-plated electrodes can be used for approximately 500-800 tests. If noticeable pitting, oxidation discoloration, or wear is found on the electrode surface, it should be replaced immediately. Wholesale customers are advised to stock electrode consumables at a ratio of 1:5.

 

Q3: Does the instrument support use in high-altitude areas?

A: The standard version is suitable for areas below 2000m altitude. If customers need to use it in high-altitude areas (such as the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, the Andes Mountains, the Ethiopian Highlands, etc.), please specify this when ordering.
