The "Thermoelectric Potential Elimination" function automatically cancels out the influence of this thermoelectric potential by performing measurements with both forward and reverse excitation currents and then averaging the results, thereby ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the measurements..
Q3: What happens if there is a sudden power outage during the testing process?
A: When testing devices with high inductance, a sudden power interruption can generate an extremely high back electromotive force (back-EMF), which may potentially break down the instrument's internal insulation or damage the device under test. Our testers are designed with a built-in power-loss protection circuit; upon detecting an interruption in the external power supply, the unit automatically switches to an internal discharge circuit to safely dissipate the energy stored within the inductive load, thereby safeguarding both the equipment and personnel.
