The trace moisture analyzer, also known as the Karl Fischer moisture analyzer, is a detection device based on the Karl Fischer coulometric method. It is used for precise analysis of trace moisture (ppm level) in liquid, solid and gaseous samples and is widely applied in power, petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, food and new energy industries. Its detection range covers 0.1μg to 200mg, with a sensitivity of 0.1μg and an error range of less than ±0.3% (water content ≥ 1000μg), conforming to over 20 domestic and international standards such as GB/T7600 and GB/T6283.

The core hardware includes a microprocessor, a dual-circuit balanced titration system, and an anti-leakage electrolytic cell. It integrates automatic calibration, data storage (more than 1000 entries), display of electrolytic curves, and thermal printing functions. Through automatic adjustment of the electrolytic current (0-430mA) and real-time monitoring technology, it enables rapid determination of sample moisture content, and supports solid, liquid, and gaseous sample compatibility.
