1. Visual inspection: Check whether the transformer's casing, oil tank, radiator and other components are intact and undamaged, and whether there is any leakage, rust or other phenomena. Check whether the grounding of the transformer is good to ensure its safe grounding.
2. Oil quality inspection: Check whether the insulating oil of the transformer is clean and free of impurities, and whether the oil level is normal. If the oil quality is poor or the oil level is abnormal, it should be dealt with in time to prevent the insulation performance from declining or the transformer from overheating.
3. Winding inspection: By measuring parameters such as the DC resistance and insulation resistance of the windings, the condition of the windings is checked. If faults such as short circuits or open circuits are found in the windings, they should be repaired or replaced in a timely manner.
4. Cooling system inspection: Check whether the cooling fan, radiator and other components of the transformer are operating normally, and whether there is any blockage, dust accumulation or other phenomena. Check whether the circulation of the cooling oil is unobstructed to ensure that the transformer can maintain good heat dissipation during operation.
