Description

S13-N×3 oil immersed distribution transformer is an independently developed product based on the S11 transformer. Through the research and application of new materials and new processes, the combination of independent innovation and technology introduction, and the optimization and innovative design of the iron core and coil structure, it reduces air and load loss and noise. It is an important piece of equipment in power supply and distribution systems and is widely used in industrial and mining enterprises, agriculture, and civil buildings. It can also be used in places with more oil and chemical substances in the petroleum and chemical industries.

Characteristic

● The maximum capacity of laser-processed laminated iron core products is virtually unlimited. Innovative structural design and optimized manufacturing processes significantly reduce no-load loss. Compared with S11 products, the no-load losses of S13 products are reduced by over 30% on average.

● The iron core is made of high-magnetic-conductivity oriented silicon steel sheets and features a fully sealed corrugated oil tank structure. This design not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also delivers remarkable economic benefits.

● Compared with the current international standard JB/T10088-2004, the average noise level is reduced by 20%. The product performance has reached the domestic advanced level.
